Worst Service. Especially Teller service. The teller lady told me to not to come again, which I don't even understand whether it's a joke or serious.. ??. I went for withdrawing my own money , but felt like I was borrowing something from them..

Had the worst experience regarding the transfer cancellation!!!! ?????? The staff wasn’t professional and he let me sign on a white paper that was written with a calligraphy not a professional paper printed with the Bank logo!

TO-TA-LY DISAPPOINTED The 2 help desk employees are so slow and frustrating. I came to collect my no liability letter, the employee asked me to give him my emirates ID, and then he spent 45 minutes to get it printed. That is simply because he was serving other people of his own nationality while I was waiting. As you can see in the photo, he even left me waiting for 20 minutes!!!!!!!!!!! He is truly careless and disrespectful. I only waited because this letter was so urgent to me, otherwise I won’t visit this branch ever in my life. Get all your inquiries online. Don’t visit these people

The most integrated branch, in which all banking sectors are served. 1- Retail Banking 2- Business Banking 3- Private and Community Banking 4- Corporate Banking In addition to the above, the bank’s HeadQuarter is in the same building. They also have the ITM “Interactive Teller Machine” in which you can do almost all your transactions thru it. In opinion, this would be the best branch.
