Terrible service and support. Called more than 3 times: no support in English, although the application is in English. My wife can't speak for me even she knows German. Blocked the card several times without warning. Any unlock - go to the office, do nothing remotely.
They just need a small reason to deduct money. Biggest thief of Europe

Mr. Fatih Kücükgök invited me to a Teams call. The conversation was very pleasant, and I even benefited from it (a heavily discounted energy consultation through Wüstenrot) as well as a free valuation of our property by in-house experts. It can't hurt, right? ;-) He also opened a savings account for me on the spot. He couldn't tell me anything about the availability of Wero products at HypoVereinsbank, but that wasn't a big deal for me. Thanks! 👍
This is not what I call good service. The "Temporarily closed" message is not very customer-friendly. I drove all the way to the branch in Stuttgart, probably for nothing, as I don't know when the bank will reopen.
