It's astonishing that DZ Bank is using IPConcept to swindle customers out of their hard-earned money. Given the recent events surrounding the German SME Fund, I absolutely cannot recommend DZ Bank. I would have gladly given them zero stars.
The woman on the phone was incredibly unfriendly and a complete disaster; I only had one request. Luckily, I'm not a customer there! Not even worth one star.
This bank keeps debiting my account even though I'm not a customer, let alone have a standing order or direct debit in place.
The building is well located, easily accessible, and in good condition with a central reception. It houses offices of various companies. A good employer.
