Worst bank brunch. Very slow and always crowded
The service is terrible, and the staff are unqualified to deal with the public, especially the elderly. The guy at desk 6, when an elderly woman asked him to come back in 15 days, replied rudely and disrespectfully, "We're living here, ma'am." The woman at desk 11, when an elderly man asked about his turn, replied, "So, should I get up and move the person in front of me?" On top of that, it took me four hours just to get a pension certificate—a simple printed document that costs 100 Egyptian pounds and makes me wait for four hours.
It is often crowded and slow in procedures, and many employees are not present at their desks.
A small branch, but with multiple services not found in nearby branches, and therefore with more experience.
The service at the Umm Al-Masryeen branch is terrible; there's no organization or order. I'm inside the branch right now.
