This is not bank misr it is el ahly (national Egyptian bank). Waste of time if you need a specific bank
Their work is incredibly difficult, and the employee named Jihad is often absent; she's on leave and doesn't do her job. When she returns, she asks for the paperwork all over again, even though she's the one causing the delay.
The staff are terrible; they're there but not working as required. They're extremely slow and slow to grasp the demands.
The branch is disorganized, the staff are inexperienced, and much of their information is incorrect or incomplete.
Excellent and quick service, and there was no crowding.
