This is always the case
Some employees have psychological issues and don't represent the bank's vision of respectful and accommodating service. They vehemently refused to do what I did in the Al-Abed branch without any problems. I was closing an account for a minor, and they insisted on the original birth certificate. They also refused to allow me to make a bank transfer from one account to another unless I paid 50,000, which is against bank regulations. Frankly, these employees are short-tempered and arrogant in their dealings.
