The dirtiest bank you can deal with and this is my experience: I went to make a deposit of 1000 to charge my internet card at the Zamalek Club Sur branch... The teller told me to deposit via the machine... I went out to make the deposit at one of the machines in the same branch and the machine withdrew the 1000 pounds and I waited for the refund and it did not appear... I went to the crappy customer service and they told me; Don't worry sir, the money will appear in your account. I told them how, I didn't even receive a notification as usual... Don't worry sir, 4 working days at most and you will find everything is fine... I waited and called customer service once, twice, ten times and asked them to check the cameras, especially the machine's camera, and they kept stalling, being rude and disgusting until I got fed up and said God will compensate you, and I kept quiet for about a year and forgot about the issue until a colleague at work had the exact same thing happen to him in another
