They cheating with account minimum amount, provide with wrong info and trying to give you the most expensive least comfortable offer for you with rediculous minimum amounts. Claiming its s law (its lie) claiming a lot of unnecessary paperwork which is also false
Best bank in Egypt. Very respectful. The branch though is very congested. Expected waiting time there is one hour to withdraw or deposit money.
The wait time may be long, but the employees are experts, and very helpful, I always love dealing with their employees! Best bank, best bank employees ever!
