Is it possible that you walk into the agency, there are no customers, and they make you wait for more than 40 minutes? Is that normal?
Today, when I went to the branch, I wanted to know why I couldn't make an online transfer. I was greeted warmly by the various agents, but they told me my account was frozen or dormant because I hadn't used it for some time, even though I had made deposits a few weeks ago. My only criticism of this bank is that its central customer service should inform or remind account holders, via simple messages, to activate their accounts through regular transactions or activity.
