Hello, Regarding account management, could you please add a dropdown menu to your homepage for the different accounts users might have? For example, if someone has three accounts, a dropdown list of their usernames (ten-digit numbers) would be helpful (not the passwords). This would make managing usernames and passwords much easier. Hello, as a customer of the Givors branch, I came to dispute a payment. I left in the afternoon. Normally, they only take customers with appointments, but I was served by a young man, around 26 years old, who processed the dispute and blocked the direct debit mandate. The Givors branch is terrible, but our branch is amazing, and your advisors are attentive and very professional! It's a shame I'm not with you because the Givors branch drives you crazy.
