I was asked to just sit down to wait for my turn in front of the counter (when there's only one customer ahead of me) by the reception staff, but only then I realized he didn't slot in my case to the counter. Eventually 3 groups that came after me went ahead of me. It is ridiculous. It's like I have been waiting for nothing. The online platform is ridiculous too because it only stores up to 3 months statement and they will not send you downloadable soft copy. You have to login manually (no reminder) and if you happen to miss that month, congratulations, you'd need to walk in to the branch with an authorization letter to request for a reissuance, AT YOUR OWN COST OF RM 10 - RM 30 /page. They have a new app that resolve this problem but you have to wait for their migration -- you cannot speed up the process but just to wait. Alternatively you have to close down your account at bizchannel, and re-apply a new one in their autobiz. I think any other banks offer a better resolution.

wost experience i have ever had. i want to renew my card. i did all formalities and paper work. after they told me tk wait few days. last when i come to collect my card on the date they given to me they told me i have to go to my home branch. waste my two whole day and the 5 days i have waited for .

I want to open a saving account. So i fill up a form online. Made appointment to this branch. Reached there and customer service not sure what i need to do. Then ping pong me to the staff who is in charge for that. Then the staff ping pong me back to the customer service. Then he said to scan a qr code to get the queue number. I scanned, key in my phone number and got a ticket number. The ticket number on my phone said there is no person in front of me. Waited for about 20 minutes and my number is not being called. Go to customer service to ask again and he said seldom got people use this online queue system. So have to handle manually. So a counter is asked to process my number manually. Waited for a while and the counter called my number then asked me to go to the saving account counter to wait there. Got ping pong there again and wait for about 15 minutes more and the customer service went to talk to the staff at saving account counter to handle my application. Cannot take it anym

From the start of the entrance i walked in, I have received a warm welcome from the front desk staff. Always greet me well and ask how im doing. And at the counter staff all of the staff also very nice and friendly while their service also efficient. Very glad doing business in here.
