One of the worst banks in algeria. the counter service came at 10 am, like it's her father's property,and told me that You can open an account on specific days "Sunday & Tuesday". i talked with the customer service by phone and they told me you can open any day of the week, and that i can open a pre-register online. and then the counter service woman tells me she we don't use online pre-registeration. Worst bank i ever seen
