Hostile unhelpful staff x3 at the desk today. Seemed glad they couldn’t help. Very bizarre place. In an area with a lot of elderly customers that they regularly let down. Was considering switching to bank of Ireland but grateful I now know better

TERRIBLE! NO ONE ANSWERING THE PHONES....EVEN AFTER 30 MINUTES. IS BANK OF IRELAND SO CONTEMPTUOUS OF ITS CLIENTS ? CORONA IS NOT AN EXCUSE!!
