Very bad experience, went to the counter and ask where is the in charge person for asb. He just said he’s not available now, so i waited and waited . After 15 mins, i went back and asked the same person at counter, when will the in charge person of asb will be back?the same person replied oh he’s on leave, he will not be here today. Could have told me earlier. So unprofessional and wasting our time.
Only 1 teller available. Also the male indian bank teller is rude and impatient. If you cannot handle the workload, don't take your anger out on the customer.
