I went to AmBank SS15 branch today after calling the Customer Care Center last week to confirm about updating the phone number for my supplementary cards. Instead of getting help, I was met with dismissive behavior from the receptionist and even the manager (Chinese woman with glasses). They smirked and spoke to me casually, without real effort to verify my request or identity. As a Black Card holder, I find this treatment very disappointing. But honestly, every customer deserves proper service, not only premium cardholders. The branch was not busy (there's no client at all), yet the staff acted as if serving customers was a burden. This really reflects poorly on the service culture here.

I was assisted by the very helpful bank officer Ms Jin who also assisted me previously during my first visit to this branch. Really appreciate her eagerness to help, while being polite and sincere even while she was busy. Thank you for your service. This country needs more people like you at the service front :)

Went to this branch to perform counter transactions today. The counter staff Putri is very helpful, polite, efficient and knowledgeable in her job. She gave options to facilitate the transaction promptly. Feeling very satisfied with her great service. Keep up your good service Putri. 👍👍👍🈵

Went there to open an account. 5 staff members visible and only 1 attending to customers. 5 customers in the bank .After waiting for 40mins, number is called only to be told that have to make appointment to open an account. When asked why “ because of COVID”. Why couldn’t 1 of them walk over to customers to ask about their needs. Zero customer service, very poor attitude and apathy written on their faces.
