Good service though sometimes it takes a little bit longer than he usual, but staff are still helpful.

People in this branch don’t seem to know what they’re doing. I had to update my information after renewal of iqama and they weren’t able to help. They suggested changing my phone number which I’m using for 2 years for work. They didn’t come up with a solution and only said “sorry we cannot help you”

One of the oldest branches of the bank. Overall, the experience has always been pleasant whenever I visit this branch. Both types of ATMS are available. Staff is efficient and willing to serve you.

The employees doesn't know how to deal with people they don't smile, is seems someone force them to work. Also they don't have enough experience in the system as costumer I need to see smile.
