Worst branch of any bank in the Kingdom. There are 10+ people waiting in line and only one person is serving with other employee seats empty. Even then they are taking 15-20 minutes per customer. How is this the number one bank of KSA? Everyone is on vacation and people are just waiting for hours to resolve small issues such as reactivation of account. I even complained to the branch manager who ignored me and just told me to wait. The top management needs to assess the performance of this branch carefully and consider shutting it down as it is destroying NCB and SNB's reputation.

Go away as fair as possible from this branch to get your things done. I been waiting for over two hours now and still I have get my request processed yet

Worest customers serves ever , man there is no respect at all, the branch manger making rolls in his way ... idk what i can say

I came there four times three of them the system wasn't working but the employees are good and the place is new
