The worst employees ever the are just walking around without helping anyone and the clients are waiting more than 45 minutes. Such a bad experience ??

Alhmdurilla better than before, customer service is good

The branch looks new and clean , my experience with customer service in the branch was not good. Waited about 30 min for customer service then the agent passed by saying system down and got back to the office, I went to ask him for how long is it going to take to fix the issue, he did not even bother to look at me and before I ask the question or enter his office he replied system down. Very rude I could not get the name of the agent

Atm 24 hour

Yesterday, I was with them in the branch. I sat for an hour and forty-five minutes. An empty branch with no more than three people waiting with me. As for the employees, they sat arguing and laughing, and no one crossed us, when it was my turn to sit in front of the employee, let someone pass me while I was sitting before him. Bad branch and bad service for the branch manager, sitting around, but my brother, we were served by one who left his work, no appreciation or any respect
