SABB had negligence and I lost more than 21, 000 SAR from my account. and now I'm not getting a good response from them. I'm calling SABB head office for 3 days but can't approach. Disappointed coz of negligence and services. they are not helping special on fraud case.

Worse bank , the didn't protect my account from fraud. I closed my account and its very dangerous to have an account with this bank. You are at risk of losing your money

Very slow service. I was forced to deposit via their slow moving tellers because their two ATM machine for deposit is broken. Waited for so long I decided not to continue my transaction. I think they are just having their time moving so slow not considering their clients waiting. Doesn't even deserve a 1 star. ??
