Never apply for credit card of Standard chartered bank. It will get approved easily, but no more support service will not get. This bank provides very bad customer service if you call to their contact number 600522288. To solve or to discuss a problem of customer have to call 100 of times or more than that. They will attend the call, but will be disconnected during the call, or will forget our requirement . or will put on hold our call. . Finally customer will not get solution.

The bank has terrible customer service who never get anything done. It took them more than 2 weeks to process the credit card after calling them every couple of days to get it done and there is a lag in their mobile application (and they know they have a technical issue but don't seem to solve it) and honestly they are so careless about their reputation. After waiting 20 days, the application doesn't have it updated and they request you to wait 48h for them to just press an approved button and get things done. Just wondering what they're doing during working hours because there's a careless attitude in the bank that must be resolved ASAP. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

If only I could give minus stars for its pathetic service. I had been unfortunate to select this bank for salary and savings being a priority customer for 2 months. Regardless of suffering with the worse experience of my life, I had to visit their branch several times with multiple phone calls just to close my bank account. Pawn shop is more organized and professional than this.

Service: 1/5, Sales support: 1/5 Worst bank to deal with, and worst customer service ever. When you call them they feel that we are sitting under the blanket.. hard to hear them and noisy. When you apply for request to choose a service on credit card. They won’t let you go till they drain every Dirham they can from you. Don’t take any cards or offers from SC bank UAE. I’m highly disappointed, dissatisfied customer and trying to leave their service within a month.

Don’t get credit card from them. They are not mentioning the charge details properly especially the credit card sales person not highlighting the profit charge information. Eventually they are charging some money from the account. It’s kind of stealing the money from people. All they are talking about it’s benefits only. It’s one of the worst experience. We must complain this in central bank of uae.
