This didn't seem like a branch I walked in on a Sunday afternoon and the place was open despite Google maps saying it's not, there was over 7 machines and I can confirm at least 3 of them can deposit cash/cheque. Amble space for parking ? would recommend visiting here for electronic banking

Again statement machine doesn’t work like every other machine , this is a joke , if you need a statement you need to go around the branches and all machines doesn’t work

There is no staff and with machines you can get all services cash deposit, cash withdraw, statement printing, chq deposit and chq cash etc.

This is an express branch where I can clear a Mashreq Bank cheque remotely. Well all there 3 automated tellers are out of order. Not a single bank staff on location, no one to ask for help or direction, except a friendly but hopeless a security officer. I tried calling the bank customer service but it the recording says they have many calls and asked me to call back later! The best way is to not accept Mashreq Bank cheques. There are other more realistic banks.

Not a full fledged, fully staffed branch, so don't expect full teller services. When I went one was on leave and one was sick! Couldn't deposit a simple cheque. And yes I tried depositing in the machines, and it didn't work. Don't even try the fancy screens where you can speak to a person on a video interface. Of course that didn't work either. Twenty wasted minutes later I went to Dic branch, where the gold services did everything smoothly. I still find Mashreq very frustrating and customer unfriendly, after 16 years of banking with them.
