Being at Mall of the Emirates, it's a quite conveniently located branch when this bank has closed many branches over the years around Dubai so there's not a lot of alternatives around the newer areas of Dubai. There's service assistants near the front and cashiers a little further in. Staff are alright when it comes to standard banking requirements, there were friendlier assistants in other branches and this one seems somewhat uninspiring. If you go early enough, it doesn't get too busy and so even with not fast service, banking shouldn't take too long but you will still have waiting time. There's also a couple of deposit and withdrawal machines at the front that are accessible even when the branch is closed that are faster than using the branch.

Worst customer service ever 1. The security guy or I don’t know who he was, asking me to wear a mask and literally some of employees were not wearing a mask. 2. My token wasn’t showing on the screen for more than 30 mins, and the place was empty, people just coming and instantly served,, I asked the customer service and all the counter that I wanted to request for a manager cheque, guess what? No one knows every employee was like go to here look there ask that guy, wait until I finish my customer, sir please have a seat …. etc Seems some of the employees need to be trained for a better communication skills specially for a branch located in mall of the emirates.

One hour of waiting just to ask about credit card. Should have gone to another branch where they serve customers efficiently. Your staff is calling one token and if he or she is absent they wait another 20 mins to call the next one. Only cashier is working fast here. Update: It has been 1.5 hour and still sitting and waiting. Inside 2 of your staff who I assume deal with bank accounts, cards etc. are just sitting and not calling any tokens for the last HOUR! 8 people are just sitting here and waiting for them. Outside I think min 20 more people. RIDICULOUS! Update #2 (😂) Once the branch manager came everything started moving, suddenly all tokens were called😂 almost 2 hours are wasted just to hear that I need to bring one document and come back🤦♀️

Worst service ever. The receptionists have no knowledge on how to greet a person, provide them with information or just basic ethics. Her being on the phone while helping a customer is the first horrible thing. They made me wait in line after asking them clearly if i’d need any other documents for my work. After 45 minutes of waiting they said it’s not possible as you need something more. Ridiculous behaviour! Thankfully I don’t bank with them but unfortunately my company does.

Branch is always busy, waiting time is crazy . You can't believe it takes around 60 min to get statement but the people there are kind and helpful. Thanks to Sumaia and Mr. Ahmed from quality team They were very kind and helpful. i wish this branch has more people to work because waiting time will be less and we will not waste whole day queuing.
