Extremely bad experience, as I show up to withdraw from the atm inside the bank the security and what suppose the floor manger ask me to leave before I could finish a sentence instead due not having a face mask on hand , instead of offering masks like any normal place would they declined and asked me to leave . So I went and bought them a box as any office servicing the public would atleast have those ready on hand. And when I try to complain to the would be customer service representative he brushes my complaint and my destain under the rug. Truly a very bad experience. Update: and to make matters worse the customer service representative asked me to try and withdraw directly from my account for then to wait around 15 minutes for the window to clear and then the cashier to explain to me that I cant access my funds unless I update my info , truly one of the greatest time wastes to date. Disrespectful and outright strange behaviour to deal with a customer who for all intents and purposes might be having an emergency and needs his money ready. I will be cleaning my account and closing it and this is the last time I'll deal with adcb. Update : the same representative then informs me that it would take up to 24 hours to conclude the process either this is vendictive or what I really can't understand.

Worse branch ever !!! Seems employees there not understanding that they are there to provide service and resolve issues . Today I visited branch to order liability letter for my husband . I have Power of attorney and also his handwriting that he sent me to request this letter . Lady on the counter was kind , however she couldn’t proceed as she was confused with documents , she call another employee Ali who came and said that my power of attorney should be renewed . The POA has validity 2 years as per law , however he told me it’s only 6 month , moreover the letter I presented signed and written by my husband , he said signature not same . POA and letter I carried it’s exactly same signature . This is not first time issues with ADCB with Arabian Center branch , it’s same anytime I need something it’s so complicated and no help in this branch only. I did a lot of transactions on behalf of my husband in other branches and all were completed successfully with same POA. Arabian Center branch makes life difficult , not helpful at all . I was so up sad and arguing with employee Ali, however Branch manager even didn’t bothered to assist and to be curious on what happening in his Branch . Actually his team showed me same careless approach . I really felt I came to ask Loan , not Just Liability letter .

This is the worst branch of ADCB. I have bee with the bank for 6 years and I have never been treated worse than the way I was treated at this branch. This branch was the most convenient because it was close to my job, so I frequented the branch often. Every time I visited the branch it was a horrible experience. Those who sit at the customer service booth are rude and constantly busy. When you ask them a question, they look at you with disgust and tell you anything to get you to leave. The tellers (except 1) are all equally rude and they never want to help you. When you approach they look at you, don't speak and roll their eyes. I have found that when you seek help, NO ONE wants to listen to you. They just tell you whatever is quickest. This final incident is what prompted me to write the review AND never visit this branch again. The ATM ate my debit card about 2 weeks ago. I went in the bank to seek help (silly me). I asked what can be done and that teller looked at me and literally said nothing. I told her the ATM ate my card- she said nothing. She called another woman who also not very helpful. She said it will take 24 hours to get the card back. She called me almost a week later to tell me my card had been retrieved. What exactly am I going to without a card a week later? Luckily, I didn't need it. I told her destroy it. While I know this can happen to anyone it was the response and their lack of response that angered me. Honestly, I should not have been surprised. This is how the entire bank operates from the managers all the way down. They are ALWAYS too busy to help you. Everything is an inconvenience, unless you are wearing a black abaya or a white kandora.

It was a great experience, Mr mohamed El shrbini was a helpful person but I really would like to recommend to put a packet of mask at the entrance for the client who missed they mask because in the end we walk in here as clients and it's not a good idea to stop a client because he or she forgot the mask.
