Worst customer service in UAE. Doesn't even preform its basic job of holding money without "errors" and to get any of their errors fixed, it can take a month and you won't have access to your money till then

Just one aged guy was entertaining everyone and we all had to wait till he finishes the first customer. I dont know may be something is wrong with his eyes or eyesight is weak because he was asking the security guard to read things for him which was making the procedure even more late. One of the worst customer experience.

+971 55 607 3641 This is Ahmed , who is the banker for my client . I am an agent and we are closing a deal in DIFC . We need some specific details witch are not provided . He is very poor in answering and is not helping me at all . The transaction is too much delayed because of him . Apparently he left in holiday but he did not provide us any number of someone who can assist . I am just texting him every day but he is not interested in answering. Is a shame that banks are having this kind of employees .
