Moved this from a 1 to a 3 as they fixed the issue while in bank (finally after 1+ hrs) and lady was very nice and helpful. Story; came to collect welcome pack after informed all was ready and to bring relevant documentation requested. Upon arrival an additional request was to download UAE pass and request same documents, then informed I had to wait additional day for them to get them in system. Same documents have been uploaded during application for account and have them with me as reqested. Now have to sit for an hour at least to speak to them to ask why.

Banking are now in finger tips , however this bank is expecting users to visit the branch . there is no enough staff in the branch to handle the crowd , people were standing here and there and waiting for the queue number, and there should be a screener who can help and advise the visitor(may be tell what is required , whether all documents are available etc.) i was seeing one person waited for 90 minutes to know he doesn't have the document required. i was also waited for more than 90 minutes for a simple service . overall experience was pretty bad. not sure whether it is a branch or bank issue though .

I dont have any plan to make a review but as I was reading reviews I came to notice that I got a same experience with the same person in counter 14. Very unaccommodating and very rude. She looks like she dont want to do her job. I think there is enough people who made feedback regarding this, ADCB you should look into this.

i went to collect one of the returned cheque, it was the worst experience its spoiled my half day work, i took the token at 1:10Pm showing the wait time of 5:30 mins, less than 5 tokens was there when i seated, it took whole 2-1/2 hours for my tokens to come, really they were simply sitting not doing any work .. it took 2 mins for them to return my cheque and i have wasted 3-4hrs on this, i came back with a complete headache...

Worst service, unprofessional staff and they don’t have time to listen to customer There is no respect for customers, they dont want to help. Please improve your teller service especially arab lady’s I went there to get one manager cheque from own company account and I wait there for 4 hours.
