CBD is a good bank, but business account opening services require drastic improvements, 2 to 3 months for account opening is unbearable for small startup companies, frequent updates from the relationship manager on an account opening application makes life easier & for which communication is the key. As far as we are concerned we had to do lot of pushing through cbd call centre and several other follow-ups to make it work. And teller service employees are glued to the mobile phone which is more important to them than a customer who is waiting for cash. Team CBD, customers are customers and treating them like one makes everyone’s life better.

The worst Bank ever. Today is my due date to pay my credit card, visited Al Qusais branch and ATM of diposit not working, I came to sharjah branch here both ATMs are not working, both of them. Is it intentional so they can collect interest! Very cheap. This the only branch in Sharjah where shall we go. People in the Sharjah branch specially were very frustrated as their due date is today as well. Shame on you such a bank with this service.

All ATM was out of service, what a bad service , there is no option to pay for the credit card balance other then go to dubai

Worst services . Only 2 CDM AND mostly nt working. I would give zero star if there was a option . ??????????????????????????????????????

This’s a branch and they have only 2 CDM for paying Credit Cards by cash, in which most of the time only 1 machine will be working!! No guards to complain! It’s a pain visiting this branch!
