Too much disappointed, I went last Saturday to the main office to update my mobile number, because the old number was already out of service. I personally went there for fast transaction.. the costumer care 4 who was assigned there told me it will be activated after 24 hours. I check the next day but still same. I called them again and said they will call me next day, but I didn’t receive any calls from their side.. now is thursday,, and I have to do online money fast transaction to avoid penalty, but still not working.. I hope you will pay my penalty because how many days you are not making your job.. from saturday now thursday.. still not working..really dissapointed!!!

One of the worst bank I have encountered, my credit card has been blocked and after following up for 2 weeks I'm told that it cannot be reactived due to not meeting banking policy guidelines. No reason has been provided, atleast I expect proper explanation on this matter. This is so unprofessional and highly disappointed. My colleagues are also planning to close their account from this bank.

Never heard about a bank rejecting the application for a business account as per the business activity of the company. Best part is they don’t even know why particular business activities are not considered as eligible for business account. Wonder who drafted your banking policy !! Absolute waste of time.

Unfortunately with the migration we had to move to this bank. The first statement had a slap of Aed 1000 in fines. We received a statement from the previous bank stating amount due is 0. They claim another statement was send. However I got new one only now and he claims same date statement is from CBD. How can 2 banks send me the statement for the same transaction. I had even called Samba who washed their hands saying we don't know ask CBD. Ofcourse no one answered at CBD since its 600 number how long can one wait? But why would you send 2 statements to people for the same month. I assumed in their new statement I would pay. Their staff Laxman spoke so rudely and was screaming so you don't want to pay. Why would I not want to pay what is wrong with him and what a terrible start to a new relation. He fumed go do what you want. Where can we complain about this any one knows?

Very poor customer service no one attending phone calls.whats make me surprised is yesterday evening I used my cbd credit card to buy online shopping on my husband phone and I was waiting for otp code but unfortunately it just deducted from my account without authorised sing.so that means anyone can use cbd credit without owner authorisation. ( otp)?? My money is not safe from scams If the bank is not responsible of my account which's I guarantee I should change my ban and I have right to do? And what's the procedure to close this unsafe bank?
