Teller couldn't provide assistance to my queries nor direct to me to anyone in the branch to assist me. Her words were "Nobody in this branch can help you". The person I complained to on the Customer Care number couldn't understand why it was the Teller's duty to redirect my query to someone who can guide me. I've been with this bank for 10+ years and it's disappointing that this is the service that the customers receive.

The worst managed branch. No one cares about customers. Waiting for more than 2 hours and security keeps saying that one person is there just to ask, another is a VIP!! And you just keep waiting and suddenly the counters start closing and there is no more even the row for your number to wait. For the first time in UAE I see this disrespect. This branch or should be controlled by more authorized people or just to be closed to not waste people’s time.
