I went to Al Wahda mall branch at 7pm today 9/15/22 to activate my card and the lady (security) from the door informed me that it’s already close at 4:30 pm where in before coming to the branch I checked timings online and it’s mentioned that it’s open from 10am to 10pm. I have informed the lady as well and she simply replied “I don’t know why the timing it’s not updated online “ it’s very inconvenience!!

I went in the morning time where it's yet not crowded. Very good branch for new comers to UAE where Mr. Alan will welcome you with the great help he will offer you to get your account created easily and in less time.

Al wahda mall - ADIB branch, a guy local who seated in the corner (customer service) who really don't know what his doing, the client requested to update the company name in bank account but the local guy advised him to come back after 3 months salary consecutive transfer in the account and ask a lot of documentation, really ADIB? just to update the name of the company in the bank account and want us to come back after 3 months in order to grant our request? really??

I am so impressed about Al Wahda Mall branch very big change found this year as it was painful and very bad cm service. Now in term of CM service its fast and smooth in the waiting time. Also staff trained well. This credit goes to Mr. Ahmed Diab who professionally managed the branch and handle the customers by himself. Appreciate this effort.

Trully an embarrassing experience. I dont want a reply of apologies or justification, i want chnage and good service. Ive been with ADIB for more than 10 years, with no issues. I decided to open a current account, and my salary and documents are all with them in the system. I wait in line for a token device ( that only send an sms with to your phone number with your token). took more than 20 min for me to reach, because an old lady did not know her phone number. This could easly be replaced by a normal click and go. After waiting on a couch that faces the opposite direction from the screen that shows the token number, i get to counter 5. The employee tells me i have to have my original passport, a letter from my work on my salary, and my ID. Also, he affirmed me that my cheque book will never be issued until the salary is deposited! I mentioned that my salary is already deposited in adib and i have other accounts. He still confirmed that no way he can do the service as if he just wanted to get rid of me. Eventually, i left and decided to change my bank. The next day, i decided to visit a different ADIB branch in nation tower. I arrived, in 15 min the documents and everything was done. My account was upgraded to a gold account, and the employee gave me his card for any future requests. 2 days later aramex delivered all my new cards and i received a confirmation by sms. As an ADIB loyal customer for 10 years, I am very disappointed with this branch. I always tell people that opening in ADIB was the best choice, despite benefits and services provided by other banks. This branch has to be fixed, and restructured.
