Well the experience has been terrible if I talk about the customer service response. I toOk a home loan from KASB and this bank toOk over that bank. The whole loan got rescheduled they did not agree with the partial payments at that time, so I had to make monthly payments. Their recovery department literally remained at my arse every month even when I was making regular payments and when the loan got paid off. Their concerned branch's representatives who are totally handicapped in all aspects of consumer banking couldn't get me my pay off details/letter. Me and my brother who is a co-borrower have been clueless. We have been sending emails, we called their helpline numerous times talked to different executives but none were able to give us any clue of whats going on. Total shame and disappointment would be a small word for the experience which we are having with this bank. I really wouldn't like to give even a single star when I'm leaving this review on google.
