Bad experience. Went there to submit fee. The bank staff was too lazy. Just one counter was working for general public. And another counter was working for some specific clients. Took me around 1 hour to submit the fee. However there were only 3-4 customers inside bank.

Very bad service, Also I saw a rat there just roaming around on my last visit. Safe to say I'm never going back ?. One thing you can expect from them is there systems are always down

Pathatic banking. Even no customer influx there is no public dealing more then 2 hours nned to wait to just clear payments. Lame excuses. Operaton manager even dont know email send or not. Very disappointment in this bank. NEVER RECOMMEND
