Pathetic services. Not enough staff and the present staff is deprived of basic underdtandings of customer services in banking sector. Never ever use bank islami as they do not even care if you are in urgent need of services. Their Only good officer Mr. Hashmi was also not able to address customer issues as other employes are always absent minded or just not helpful.

Poor and and absent minded staff...Poor service.Even if you call main branch they won't care for you.I preferred it over mezan bank..lol...Now I am regretting.
