Worst Bank experience ever, been to other branches throughout Pakistan but never like this one, extreme tardiness and incompetence from both branch manager and operational manager, manager is always on his phone talking to his friends while the customers in his room wit patiently for him to finish, while the operational manager has a habit of snapping at the costumers and branch manager has no problem with it
