This is one of the worst banks and branches in Karachi. I went to the bank to re-activate the account after being dormant, however I gathered all the documents and still they couldn't resolve the issue and activate. Asked me to come back as the Nadra fingerprint was not working. Secondly, another guy came to activate account and he owned a "Paan(Cigarette) shop", the employee told the person that this not any kind of job or work and they cannot help until he can bring a letterhead. That was very disturbing to hear that. I am closing this account and I am glad I took the decision. We had this account for 20 years. Worst customer service.

The branch is open on Saturdays 10:00-13:30. But no new account can be opened up on Saturdays. Regular timings are 09:00-17:30. The branch consists of limited employees with limited knowledge. They are not able to entertain customer queries properly. They don't bother to ask new customer what facilities they would want to avail with their account and tick mark all of the facilities on their own regardless of additional charges.

A bank with such non-cooperative employees, with their rude behaviour, like everybody is the owner of the bank..with bogus service tht nobody is interested in picking up the call and answer...n this is the Record happenings of years, not about one time or so...
