All the staff were very professional and very understanding. I have round the week multiple visit over here , some time some peaple shout even on little things but staff remain cool & professional only the need of hour is bit bigger building in Phase V

I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. Pathetic customer service. No one at counter to cash a cheque. Employees sitting there on their cellphones just wasting time doing absolutely nothing. Wish I could tell my parents to get rid of their account and move on to some other bank. Worse banking experience ever. I waiting for 20 minutes and left without cashing a simple cash cheque. Horrible service. Do not go there to open an account there are many other banks who would love to take your money and respect you for being a customer.
