Most unprofessional and lazy staff i mean i went there to collect my cheque book and guard was like you have to take a token for cash withdrawal and wait outside Even after that everyone is busy with eachother and takes forever to process something

5 days ago i visited HBL Walton road branch Lahore cant n requested to open my bank account, bank manager said we r not free nowadays we see u later. I have back log yet. What a nonsense
