Theyve got sufficient seating and even then, not much of a line. Minimal wait and staff is friendly.
I appreciate the professional yet warm service at this branch of Chinabank. It’s very consistent and makes it a pleasure to do business with them.
One of the tellers is so rude. The one before my girl I think it's her first time to deposit and she forgot to write something then the teller just yelled at her instead of guiding her nicely the girl was really embarrassed by the loudness of the teller. Then when I received more rudeness from her I still had coins and it's my first time so I had no idea that taping was not allowed I apologized and explained to her that it was my first time and I had no idea that it was not allowed I asked her when she first said as long as she segregated then what she did next was really disappointing she literally smacked the coins in front of me so hard she hit me and everyone inside could hear then I took out my phone I thought I was making a video and then she just fixed her service before I left I apologized to her again despite her rudeness. Maybe she's just having a rough day but I think it's not enough reason to be rude all of us are having are rough day so please stay kind we don't know if th
