I went to the EastWest Bank Mandaluyong Libertad branch while processing my car loan closure because the address provided via email by EastWest customer service for the Filinvest office was confusing and not accurately pinnable on Waze or Google Maps, which led me to the wrong location. Two staff members at the Mandaluyong Libertad branch seated near the entrance were very helpful in assisting me to find the correct address. However, EastWest Bank customer service who responds via email should improve the accuracy and clarity of the addresses they provide to avoid unnecessary inconvenience.
They should really consider improving security. During the evening, the area in front of the bank is like a homeless shelter and a garage for tricycle drivers who are constantly drinking.
Opens at 9:00AM but tellers are not yet ready once bank is opened. What a waste of time.
