They moved to elizabeth hall now. Fast customer service. Excellent. Fastest Bank I've ever been. Also, place is cozy looks like a coffee shop instead of a bank. Very Nice.

I was just going to change my account's mobile number. OTP was not working. Tried 10 times and on both my numbers. Waste of time.
This Unionbank branch just remodeled and looks outstanding - it doesn't look like a bank anymore... It looks more like a hotel lobby - very cozy and accommodating. They have also started implementing a more streamlined process in making transactions - customers would just have to fill out a form through a tablet located inside the store and then wait for their name to be called. Compared to other Unionbank branches and other banks in general, I make faster transactions in this branch.
Probably the best bank branch I've gotten to. Quick service, digitized na ang service and never waited for a long time para lang mag-transact.
