Bank that can't even detect when 37 back-to-back overseas ATM withdrawals happen.
DBS digibank is down again. I can’t make a transfer payment. I have mentioned before. The CEO has to take full accountability as this is not acceptable and an embarrassment for the nation’s premier bank. My question is why is the CEO so indispensable after such failures for a prolonged period. Is anyone listening at all?
