Citibank - Abu Dhabi Branch Al Khyeli Building Al Falah Street E4 02

I have a 90,000 credit card limit with this bank, but my experience has been very disappointing. Their service and overall customer support have not met expectations. I plan to close this card next month and switch to another bank.

Please dont take citi bank card and if you have it recheck there statements and calculate it using calculator...Fraud bank and they make multiple amount for a single transaction or failed transaction and if we contact customer care each time customer care agent will tell different reasons. I lost almost 80 aed calling there customer care alone and went to citibank branch and they are reverting back to customer care. Iam using Emirates nbd card and they are very professional. Fed up of citi bank...such a complicated non reliable system

NOT 1 BUT ZERO STARS FOR CITIBANK This is by far the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. I canceled my credit card, yet they still charged me a renewal fee. Assuming the card was canceled, I didn’t check the balance. Later, I received a message saying I was being charged interest on top of the renewal fee. Absolutely unbelievable. Since October, I’ve been trying to get a reimbursement for the renewal fee and the interest charges. To make matters worse, even after re-canceling everything, they continue to charge me finance fees. This feels like a complete scam. Avoid Citi Bank at all costs. This is a bank you will absolutely regret choosing.

Very rude online customer care service, worst experience ever .

If I check the review . I won’t visit the branch. Worst service . No proper service / unprofessional staff / they don’t communicate with customer properly / I visited to pay my card to reflect immediately. They deposited to some other reconciliation account / and said excuse I signed the transaction . Who expecting such a funny mistake from a well known bank / please train your staff / and take customer confirmation before they act . Very very bad . I use to go oud metha Dubai. And Sharjah city center . It’s my mistake to visit this branch . I don’t know when they going to rectify it
