UBA Allen Avenue is one of the best bank branches I’ve visited. The staff are professional, friendly, and attend to customers promptly. The environment is clean, neat, and well-organized, creating a pleasant banking experience. The security officers are also very courteous and helpful, they even guided me on how to park my car properly. Overall, it’s a highly professional and well-managed branch. Excellent service!

UNITED BANK FOR AFRICA OPEBI ALLEN , staff are friendly, spacious and not crowded at all. You always confirm your dollar exchange done with Mallams ( bureau de change ) here ascertain originality.

Good professional service from staff. Clean well ventilated bank. I only wish that there was more you could do with the UBA app rather than having to go into the branch frequently for basic things but that's not this branch's fault.

The atm place is built in at the entrance and shades you from the sun or rain. The security officer is attentive and makes sure the place is orderly. Their is an erected canopy and seat in front of the main building to accommodate for overflow during peak hours.

Compact size banking hall with an ATM point on standby and minimal parking space outside for cars.
