Short wait before being attended to and they always advertise the best rates for currency exchange, but when I asked to exchange, the bank teller said they don't have Moldovan Lei AT AROUND 13:00 IN THE AFTERNOON. If I can't exchange, how do others receive their withdrawals?

Efficient and small queue

In four years of dealing with this bank, I've unfortunately never found reliable service. The ATMs are regularly down, the ATM doesn't dispense receipts, and on the rare occasion when the technology does come back to life, the money deposited onto the card isn't displayed and isn't resolved for several days, especially at the critical moment of payment. Frequent technical problems, constantly with cards. No one ever meets or greets you, and the security guards are simply elusive avengers or ghosts 🙈 I haven't personally dealt with this bank and never will; it's a work-related situation, there's no choice... I don't recommend it, and I consider it the worst bank in the city. An attempt to resolve the issue on the spot was unsuccessful: instead of help, I was met with a question along the lines of "what exactly do you want?"—a dialogue that, to put it mildly, doesn't inspire trust in a financial institution. I wasn't happy with the branch; I was alone in line, and there were two tellers, but they were accepting some of their own people without waiting in line. After waiting for 30 minutes, I went to another bank.

The service is simply "hats off"!
