Nice lounge but slow service. Could be improved. Parking available but hard to find parking fast.
I’ve never experienced such bad customer service in any banks I’ve visited around the world. Bank Dhofar management really need to invest into training their staff on customer service. I can’t wait 1 hour in the branch to get my number called while all the employees are free.
