Very bad experience..my wife needs to update iqama to unlock account ... The application do not work The website nott work too Only visit branch to update Then when u visit branch ..they say ..no ..no u need to go ladies branch ..we do not serve u here Seems the bank and management still living at old era...they do not know what the meaning of human progress and time Even they did not notice that we already at 2022... Wake up please and update your softwares ..applications ..and attitude too ..

The staff isn't cooperative and very slow. Like they are delaying on purpose. One hour waiting time just to take a bank statement. Better go to other branch. This branch people are not doing their job properly
