I made an appointment and visited the branch for a large wire transfer. They greeted me when I arrived and I was able to start the appointment early. The associate I worked with was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. I did not feel rushed and my purpose for visiting was handled professionally. No complaints.
I worked with Brandon and Shalletta at this bank.
They were SUPER nice, super efficient and tremendous help. This might be my new favorite Wells Fargo location!
I wish Wells Fargo could clone Brandon and put them as a teller in every location.
I've never had such a positive and stress-free appointment at a bank. Banker Brandon Rose did an amazing job guiding me through all of the information in a way that I could understand. Brandon was genuine and honest, which was paramount in eliminating any anxiety I had before entering the building. I have had to interact with a lot of bankers in the past but Brandon's people skills and communication skills far out performed any other bankers I have interacted with. If I was the bank manager, I would do what I can to retain good bankers like Brandon by offering highly competitive wages and benefits. I will definitely recommend Wells Fargo to any of my friends who are looking for a new place to bank with.
First of all, I'm an expat working in the U.S. on an E-2 Visa from Korea, so when I opened an account, I had more problems than I expected because I'm not a permanent resident of the U.S. (as I am not a Green Card holder).
I was actually worried when I saw the ratings here, but when I made an appointment and visited, Matthew, the guy who I made the appointment with, was the best.
He listened to all of my concerns and gave me great advice on how to resolve them.
And finally, I opened an account. I am very grateful for his response and will definitely be contacting him again in the future if I have any issues.
Don't let the ratings put you off, give them a try. I'm sure you'll have a great experience!
I normally frequent a Wells Fargo branch a little closer to my home, but due to circumstances chose to work with this branch for the last couple days. All of the tellers were personable, kind, and understanding before pointing me in the right direction to fix some things going on with my accounts. The personal banker, Shaun, was patient and extremely helpful. I will be choosing to come back to this branch again in the future.
I recently had a disappointing experience at my local Wells Fargo branch. One of the representatives who was black woman, was unprofessional and rude. She ignored my greeting and seemed disinterested in helping me. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.
The lack of professionalism and courtesy was disappointing. I hope the bank takes steps to improve its customer service standards on training this specific representative, her attitude was horrible and the angry look in her face gave the impression that she hates her job so much she has to take it out on customers… she has to go
Haha, this place was an absolute joke.
Made an appointment for 4pm February 5th 2024 for two things.
1. Open an account for my new job. I'm a new customer.
2. I needed a document notarized.
I arrived at 3:30pm and said 4 times while waiting to a Hispanic lady there. That I need to open an account first, that's 99% of the reason I'm there.
The person who had my appointment ran behind, and at 4:12pm, the Hispanic lady took me. And I once again said "I'm here to open an account, and get a document notarized if there's time"
And her BEAUTIFUL response was.
"Do you have your I.D. and debit card for your account with us? We only offer notary services for members"
Once again I had to EXPLAIN that I'm there to open an account. And then she said "Oh that'll take an hour, we can't do that"
Like Jesus Christ that's why I made my appointment at 4pm, I've never met an adult with that little intelligence in a long time.
So I called Bank of america in her face, who was happy to take me as a walk in,
Every single time i need to actually sit with someone at the bank you either can absolutely never get in the same day or if you have an appointment it runs 20-30 min behind. I have a business and a full time job sometimes i need assistance with things and cant necessarily make an appointment i have to figure it in my schedule. I have banked here for years but this is so aggravating never being able to sit down with someone with out multiple days notice. Then if you need to be a walk in they wont fit u in they tell u to wait the day out and hopefully someone cancels.
The worst Wells Fargo bank in Lakeland, this people doesn't care about your time ever if you have an appointment WOW they are so fake when you walk in ( hello 👋 ) etc and then forget about we are paying a fee for out accounts etc. ... ahhh now let's wait for the same reply below this review post.. saying...." the same copy cat reply of all others bad reviews" COMMON ! about sending an email to them regarding this matter.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this Wells Fargo branch today.
I scheduled an appointment for 12:00 PM. The banker Dan came out at 12:05 with an arrogant attitude and did not even acknowledge the delay or apologize for the wait.
I showed him the promotion I wanted to open a checking account with. Instead of reviewing it professionally, Dan laughed and walked away. When he came back, he told me I could not open the account because I don’t have a green card or permanent residency.
I explained that I am a resident alien for tax purposes, which is clearly allowed under the promotion terms. However, he completely ignored my explanation and responded that “someone like you came in earlier this week and I rejected them as well.”
This behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and a complete waste of my time. I spent almost an hour going there for nothing.
After leaving, I called another Wells Fargo branch at 3600 S College Ave, Fort Collins, CO 80525, and they told me there is absolu
