Had a potential issue either my bank card, quickly resolved. Additionally a problem logging in on my phone app, again quickly resolved- excellent customer service from the Carlisle staff.

I could not get the virgin money app to work on my phone, I popped instore after 3 failed attempts at resolving the issue with the phone helping. The Coventry branch team that dealt with were absolutely fantastic, it took nearly one and half hours of repeatedly trying and phoning their own customer service line, retrying and retrying the two team members did not give up and made it their own personal challenge to get me sorted! On a very difficult day these two gave me the best customer service I have had anywhere in a long long time, absolutely 1st class! Thank you so much.

Excellent service and lovely staff. Neelam introduced herself and was so warm and welcoming. I usually dread popping in to the bank, however, this time it was a pleasant change!

Very disappointed that they have reduced the hours they are open and now closed Saturdays. Covid was the excuse but thats gone now. Accounts to close and move on to another bank where they are open hours working people people can use. You shouldn't have to take a days holiday from work to go to a bank.

Thank goodness I don't bank with Virgin Bank. I have just popped in with my partner. The interior is dreadful, it looks like it's out of the 90's. There is one member of staff at the main desk. Things just seem to take so long. Customers waiting in the queue are getting agitated. It's a horrible experience! If I was with them my money would be out today.

NOT OPEN ON WEEKENDS! Incorrect opening hours on Google. Drove 45 mins into Coventry for sole purpose of visiting this branch as they have very few in the area. Only to find a small note in the window saying it was shut. Saturday morning wasted. Thanks Virgin Money

Not happy with this bank at all! On the website said it was open on a Saturday, it wasn't! Wasted my time and petrol! I can't get into town until 4pm as I work from 8am to 4pm so it's about time this bank opens until 4pm to accommodate people who work normal hours and not part time. Sort it out VIRGIN!
