Hello Good morning! I got there at 8:30, and the bank was pretty dead. They made me take a number, even though no one was waiting. It was totally random, and I waited over two hours just to open an account and deposit my funds. I couldn't even do it! Their system was so slow. Maybe the employees need more training to work faster and increase their work performance. Then I went to another local Bank, and I opened an account and deposited my funds in under 10 minutes!

Good morning sir, madam, I have a account for sohar international bank. Already i complaint for 24th without permission debited amount 2 OMR 2:23 pm . Muscut branch already call but he says to nearly branch to contact. But i go for in Salalah Branch but that branch teams very bad service. Assistant manager told not helping. Very bed experience. She told automatic debited 2 OMR, without bank Holder. What security for sohar international bank. Don't say for other customer same words.

Became very bad & Slow !!

Extremely slow and frustrating! I was told to collect my Atm card after one week, but when I went, they asked me to come the next week instead. Total waste of time. Very disappointing service at Sohar Bank, Barka.
