I think the atmosphere has definitely improved compared to a few years ago. Certainly, a few years ago it was a little intimidating, and I felt nervous every time I interacted with the receptionists or counter staff. But now, everyone is so kind, and their smiles are wonderful. One woman at a counter even offered words of concern to an injured customer, and I was deeply moved when I heard it.
It's conveniently located near the station, and I use it often, so I hope this store continues to thrive for a long time.
I'm grateful that it's not busy and the procedure can be completed in a short time.
At the large banks nearby, the waiting times are very long and I sometimes have to go back again because I run out of time, but here I can complete the procedure in one go.
Although I walked in without a reservation, the staff there were all very kind and polite, from phone calls to general information and at the front desk. I am extremely grateful.
I went to open a regular savings account for my child. Even though I had researched and brought all the necessary documents in advance, I was made to wait at the Fuseguchi branch and was turned away, but they were happy to open the account at the Kosaka branch. The staff member who helped me was very nice, and I'm very glad I opened the account at this branch.
I am a foreigner, and when I came here to open a bank account, the staff guided me very kindly and even asked about my experience in Japan. I was truly very satisfied.
I felt so bad that I don't even want to give it a single star.
It was the end of the month and it was busy. I don't usually use this bank, but for some reason I came in to make a transfer through this counter.
As soon as I entered, another male customer seemed a bit irritated and angry. I wondered if it was customer harassment, but when it was my turn, I understood.
The woman at the counter (middle-aged) was really overbearing.
It was so stressful for no reason, I'm never going back.
While I was feeling annoyed,
the person at the counter next to me (also middle-aged) was also incredibly overbearing, and she was so bossy with an elderly lady customer who couldn't be processed because she didn't have enough necessary documents that I was put off.
Banks work like gods.
If you hate your job so much, you should just quit.
I followed the sign on the front to the back to park my bike, but I felt like I'd been tricked when I found an employee-only parking lot.
When signing the rental contract, my landlord specified that I go to the Gakuenmae branch, but I was told something incomprehensible like they couldn't open an account without the completed contract documents and sent me home. When I returned the next day, they opened the account without even checking the documents, even though I had them ready. I don't understand why. I don't know if they were trying to be polite, but there were many aspects that made me feel like they were taking too much time and effort.
They have a bad attitude, they speak slowly and in a roundabout way. You don't have to be particularly polite, just speak normally... I don't want to be made to feel this way, so I think we should be able to complete more of this online.
The photo is wrong.
Customers can't enter, but if you take a photo, you can.
I went there without a break.
Fix it.
