The staff are incredibly lazy, and somehow they're led by a management team that’s even lazier. No sense of urgency, no proper queue system, and no accountability. It’s like everyone’s on a permanent tea break. Visit any other PNB branch and you’ll wonder if this one is even part of the same bank. Other branches actually function. This one just exists… barely. Final Verdict: 🌟☆☆☆☆ Avoid unless you enjoy slow-motion banking and Olympic-level incompetence. PNB Guma needs a serious wake-up call.

Firstly The Worst Staff In This Branch. They Really Don't know how to behave with the customer. it Happened Many Times. One incident was like .. I Only wanted to know how to fill the details In One Form And The one woman Simply Told Us They Are Not Free Now Come Back After One Month. Then We Will Tell You How to do this things. We wanted Just 2-3 minutes of them. And They Just Ignored us.. wow.. I honestly never ever suggest anyone To open any kind of account in this bank.. Don't waste your time like i had.. I rate this bank as worst bank ever.
